These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TuneGen mobile app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The service

TuneGen lets you select conversation screenshots and generate songs from them. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

Your account

You sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

Your content

You keep ownership of the images and content you provide. You grant TuneGen the limited rights needed to process that content in order to generate songs and operate the App. You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the right to use it.

Credits and purchases

Generating a song costs one credit. Credits are consumable and are purchased through your app store's in-app purchase system (Apple, or Google Play on Android). Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Except where required by law or your app store's policies, purchased credits are non-refundable. Prices and pack sizes may change.

New accounts may receive a one-time grant of free welcome credits. Welcome credits are promotional: they are limited to one grant per person and per device, are not available again after an account with the same email address is deleted and re-created, have no cash value, and may be withheld or revoked to prevent abuse.

TuneGen Pro subscription

TuneGen Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered on a weekly or yearly basis. While your subscription is active you receive a daily allowance of 10 song credits. Daily credits reset every day at 00:00 UTC: they do not accumulate, do not roll over, and have no cash value. Any credits you purchased separately are unaffected — a song uses that day's subscription credits first, and your purchased credits only once the daily allowance is used up. Purchased credits remain yours if the subscription ends.

Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the price shown in the App, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings — from within the App, choose Profile → TuneGen Pro → Manage. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your daily credits until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law or by your app store's policies, subscription fees are non-refundable, and deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Prices, plans, and the daily allowance may change; changes apply from the next renewal period.

Acceptable use

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. You agree not to upload, create, or generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, or that violates the privacy or rights of others. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates others' privacy.

• Do not upload conversations you do not have the right to use.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to break the App.
• Do not use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others.

AI-generated content

Songs are generated automatically using third-party AI (Google's Vertex AI / Gemini, ElevenLabs, and — depending on the music engine you select — MiniMax via the fal.ai platform or Suno via the sunoapi.org platform). Results are produced from the content you provide and may be unexpected. You are responsible for the screenshots you upload and for how you use the songs you generate.

Intellectual property

The App, its branding, and its underlying software are owned by TuneGen and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the App as intended.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuneGen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
